this was a chocolate mudcake with cream cheese icing. the cream cheese brownie cupcakes have a whipped chocolate buttercream.
the main cake is fondant free – chocolate finger cookies, modelling chocolate and rice paper.
the creme egg heads are fondant covered (and daenerys’s dragon eggs are mini creme eggs).
